Your application information (excluding personal data) will be placed online and will be available to view in a publicly accessible register.
We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law or where it is appropriate to support our duty to protect public funds and/or detect and prevent fraud or other criminal activity or safeguarding requirements.

The information provided will be subject to the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, but personal information (names and contact details) will not be released in response to FOI requests.
