- place you on the Self-Build and Custom Housing Register for your housing need to be assessed; and
- contact you in case of another query or an issue concerning the service you have requested.
By law we must provide the service you have requested under the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015. This act also requires that we have regard to the register when carrying out planning and other functions.
We will hold your data for the purposes stated above for as long as it is required to enable us to carry out this public task unless you ask to be removed. The data will be stored within the EEA.
We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law or unless you have given your consent to share your data.
